To secure a date a £50.00 deposit will be required via Bank Transfer or Cheque.
The deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
All dates remain as open and book-able until such time as a deposit payment and confirmation has been received.
Deposits are only refunded 4 weeks prior to the date via Bank Transfer, after 4 weeks the deposit will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your event, monies will be refunded to you.
Final numbers of guests are required 7 days prior to date, these are the numbers for which you will be charged and cancellations or reductions are not accepted after this time.
Late sit down, of 20:30 may carry an additional charge at the discretion of Chef 2 Dine 4.
Chef 2 Dine 4 has sufficient Public Liability Insurance and follow strict HACCP guidelines for all food production with our clients and their guests. Following these guidelines Chef 2 Dine 4 advise that all food must be consumed after two hours of initial serving. Any food consumed two or more hours after first being served, is at the clients discretion and therefore become their responsibility.
All food tastings will come with a £50.00 (for 2 Guests) charge to cover the cost of ingredients.
If a booking is made, this costing will be deducted from the final invoice.
Any complaints must be e mailed or written within 48 hours .
After 48 hours no compensation or refunds will be given.
Outside of the 48 hours period complaints will be dealt with at the discretion of Chef 2 Dine 4.
